Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to personal data submitted through virginis.lt. It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
Virginis.lt, Vilnius, Lithuania, is the data controller for this website. For any question about your data, write to info@virginis.lt.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, work email, the topic you select, and your message. We do not ask for anything else and there is no account to create.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out the engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract if one follows.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare — hosts this site, provides network protection, and delivers enquiry-form emails to our inbox. It processes request data such as IP addresses to serve pages and block attacks.
Typefaces are hosted on this site rather than fetched from a third party, so no font request ever leaves it. We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where an engagement follows, correspondence is retained for the duration of the contract and for as long as Lithuanian accounting and tax law requires afterwards.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Your browser stores one technically necessary value locally — the colour theme you selected — so the site remembers it on your next visit. That value never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@virginis.lt and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the updated version will be published here.
